My Approach
If you’re here, something probably feels a little heavy right now. Maybe life feels overwhelming, or you’ve lost your sparkle and can’t quite work out why.
Reaching out for support can feel daunting, but you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a calm, steady, and non-judgemental space where we can gently make sense of what’s happening and begin to move forward in a way that feels manageable and realistic.
I’m an Integrative Counsellor (MBACP, BSc Hons.) and Clinical Hypnotherapist. I provide one-to-one counselling for adults, children, and young people, alongside individual and group hypnotherapy, and tailored well-being workshops and educational events for organisations and community settings.
Much of my work supports people navigating complex or layered experiences, including trauma, recovery, neurodiversity, burnout, identity, and long-standing patterns that feel hard to shift. At the heart of my practice is person-centred therapy. I integrate approaches such as psychodynamic therapy, CBT-informed work, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, solution-focused techniques, creative therapies, and clinical hypnotherapy in ways that feel supportive and tailored to you.
Every person and every story is different. You will be met with warmth, honesty, and respect, with support shaped around your pace and what feels right for you.
